my bridge slot is 3 mm as is the piezo wire hole , unfortunately the plug of this is 3.3 so I had to drill hole a little bigger , then when I came to fit it , it split apart ,not bonded layers correctly , refunded , not good.

This item was surprisingly responsive, more than I expected at this price. The pickup part (the bar that actually sits underneath the saddle) is quite thick, soI had to file down my saddle to compensate. I have the pickup plugged directly into an endpin jack with a 2.5mm in and 1/4-inch out (no preamp or eq in between).Pros: The signal/output is stronger than the magnetic soundhole pickup I was using. Very responsive! It's also a cleaner look. The price is awesome, and the modification(s) to my guitar was minimal: I only needed to drill a small 3mm hole at the side of the saddle slot. Finally, the connection points are sealed and reinforced with heat shrink. This protects the cable.Cons: The cable is a bit delicate. When routing and connecting the cable, just be careful.I recommend it, for sure.
