I knew that this has a plastic sheath instead of cord and ordered it anyway. It's a lot sturdier feeling than the cable you get with the Sennheiser momentum headphones. Most importantly, you can plug this cable into a 3.5mm to 6.35mm adapter making the headphones go weird. How the hell Sennheiser didn't notice that, I'm not sure.The most important information is that this cable feels rough from the plastic cord effect. I personally like it, but it can introduce a little noise when you move around. It's a very stiff cable, so I don't think it will ever tangle, it coils really nice.The plugs on either end are really nice too, they've really got some weight to them.
