We bought a three pack of these Ecovacs DeeBot x2 Omni replacement brushes hoping they would be a quieter alternative to the We purchased stiff rubber "beater bar" main brush. The stock main brush is very, very noisy on our hardwood floor. It sounds like the robot is grinding instead of cleaning our hardwood planks. The noise was unacceptable.Noise-wise this replacement brush is a huge improvement. The factory original would wake us up early in the morning when the X2 Omni went to work cleaning the living room, dining room, kitchen, and office. This brush does almost as good a job, but does quietly enough that we can sleep while the vacuum worksTo test how well it cleans, I sprinkled all-purpose baking flour, sawdust, and some shredded paper on the floor in the kitchen and sent the vacuum to clean it up using "normal" suction. With this brush all the shredded paper and sawdust and *most* of the flour got picked up, but some flour was left behind and some got missed and spread around by the edge brush. Since we run this vac every night, I figured what was left behind would get swept up the following dayI'm very happy with the results. This is a good product.
