Only wanted 4 but the multi pack was far cheaper. Good quality and saved my bird boxes from the woodpecker!

They keep the predators out, that's what matters.

I was not too sure if to give this 3 or 4 stars. The 32mm plates are fine, it is the screws that are not. If the holes for the screws in the plates had been countersunk, or if roundhead screws had been supplied, straight to 5 stars. As I do not have the capability of countersinking stainless steel plates and the screws supplied project above the surface of the plates, I have had to go and buy roundhead screws.

We couldn’t understand why our bird boxes were being attacked by something nibbling at the entrances! Eventually we found it to be a woodpecker hammering like mad at the holes making them bigger & a mess!!! Clearly wanting to get there to remove whoever!! These excellent little metal plates have put paid to his antics!!! Thank goodness. Brilliant job & would certainly recommend.

I wanted protection plates to prevent larger birds or squirrels from enlarging the nest box holes of small birds such as great tits. These are well made, relatively inexpensive and do the job perfectly.
