Het hebben van een open schoorsteen is alsof je altijd een raam open laat. Schoorstenen werken als een stofzuiger en zuigen de heerlijke warme lucht uit je huis. Deze lucht moet worden vervangen, dus koude lucht wordt aangetrokken rond deuren, ramen en andere lekkende delen van het huis, waardoor de koude tocht ontstaat die we opmerken. Als u de schoorsteen blokkeert met een schoorsteenballon, bespaart u ongeveer 5% van het warmteverlies in huishoudens en vermindert u al die andere tocht in de koopje.

Prodotto non valido dopo 8 ore che ho gonfiato col mio fiato e inserito nella canna fumaria, è venuto giù perché si sgonfia, rigonfiato reinserito nella canna fumaria e nuovamente dopo circa 7 8 ore di nuovo parzialmente sconfio e di conseguenza è ricaduto perché sconfiandosi nuovamente non aderisce alla canna fumaria,

We followed the instructions. Blew it up and carefully positioned in the chimney breast but within a few days it completely deflated. Pumped it up again and same thing...deflated overnight. Looked to see if chimney had sharp bricks that might have punctured it but nothing obvious. After day 4 of inflating yet again we found the hole was located in the actual connection part that attaches to the valve. Such a waste of money, don't recommend at all! We are going to buy a more robust woollen version next. This plastic balloon is just tat.
