  • Keystone RJ45-module CAT 6a – hoogwaardige, GHMT-gecertificeerde netwerkmodule voor montage zonder gereedschap. Gewoon de draad strippen, aders plaatsen en module vastklikken – snel, veilig en compatibel met T568A/B.
  • De Keystone RJ45-module CAT 6a is geschikt voor netwerkkabels van CAT 5 tot CAT 7a en ondersteunt massieve geleiders AWG23 tot AWG26. De gestandaardiseerde afmetingen maken eenvoudige montage in standaard houders mogelijk.
  • Met de Keystone RJ45-module CAT 6a kunnen Twisted Pair-kabels zonder gereedschap worden aangesloten. Ondersteunt gegevenssnelheden tot 10 Gbit/s, 500 MHz en PoE, PoE+ en PoE++ volgens IEEE 802.3 standaarden tot 100 W.
  • Keystone RJ45-module CAT 6a overtuigt door zinkbehuizing, STP-afscherming en installatie zonder gereedschap. Geschikt voor kabeldiameters van 5 tot 7,5 mm en draaddiameters tot 1,35 mm, ideaal voor stabiele netwerken.
  • De GHMT-gecertificeerde Keystone RJ45-module CAT 6a maakt een snelle en storingsveilige verbinding mogelijk. Dankzij brede compatibiliteit met CAT 5-7a-kabels en T568A/B-standaard ideaal voor thuis- en bedrijfsnetwerken.

De nieuwe Cat.6a Keystone module RJ45 van hb-digital biedt een aanzienlijk hogere gegevensdoorvoer. Hij ondersteunt de overdracht van gegevens tot 10.000 Mbit/s via afgeschermde Twisted Pair koperen kabels. Deze nieuwe Cat.6a Keystone-module RJ45 is achterwaarts compatibel met alle huidige gedraaide pair-koperen bekabelingen (Cat.6a, Cat.6, Cat.5e). Op de Keystone-module kan een netwerkkabel worden aangesloten, waarbij je verschillende kabeltypes kunt gebruiken. De afmetingen van de keystone modules volgen allemaal een norm, waarmee je heel eenvoudig (in daarvoor voorziene houders) kunt monteren.

Montagehandleiding

Voorbereiding:

Aan het uiteinde van de kabel de mantel met een striptool of tapijtmes tot een lengte van ca. 30 mm verwijderen. (Voorzichtig met het mes – niet te diep insnijden om de afscherming niet te beschadigen.)

Draai het schermgaas en wikkel de draad zorgvuldig om de kabel om een massa/grond te winnen.

Verwijder de folieafscherming van de Twisted Pair aders en demonteer de aders afzonderlijk

Plaats de afzonderlijke aders in de overeenkomstige kleurgecodeerde bussen van de adermanager en verkort de uitstekende aders met een zijsnijder.

Plaats de geconfectioneerde adermanager in de Keystone-module en vouw hem dicht.

Zorg ervoor dat de bijdraad (massa) een goed contact met de behuizing heeft. Sluit tot slot de behuizing met de bevestigingshulp. Klaar!

I have my whole house on cat 8.1 and here and there cat 7. These key stones terminate perfectly my cables in the patch panel.

You connect the wires with the plastic block then it has to be pushed into the connector. This is very difficult to do by hand. With two pliers, for example water pump pliers, it worked. You have to push the plastic block all the way into the connector then close the connector, this last one should not require any force because you have already done the pushing work. This method works well for me.

The keystone plugs are incredibly fragile. When an RJ45 cat8 connector is plugged in (brand new, also from HB-digital) the internal wiring inside the keystone breaks. I have now gone through 6 of the 12 that I bought for slightly over 100 euros, none of them lasted longer than one or two plug-ins. Not what you want from a keystone jack. Not only the expense and the money lost, mostly the unreliability and time spent and then having to re-do all of them with a different brand. Very cheaply made and unreliable plugs.

Einfache Montage und nahezu selbsterklärend. Die mitgelieferte Anleitung ist leider nur mit einer Lupe brauchbar. Ich konnte so meine Kabel fertigstellen und brauchte keine Crimpzange, da fast Werkzeuglos montierbar. Lediglich ein Cutter Messer und einen Seitenschneider hab ich gebraucht. Mit dem Cutter leicht den Mantel des Verlgekabels umrunden (nicht durch schneiden) und dann leicht knicken. Der Mantel hat sich an gewünschter Stelle gelöst und konnte abgezogen werden. Drahtgeflecht nach hinten wegziehen, Alu Ummantelung mit dem Seitenscheider anknipsen und abziehen. Die einzelnen Adern laut Aufdruck einlegen, reinziehen und Enden dicht abknipsen. Vorbereitetes Kabel in Gehäuse einlegen, zudrücken und mit Kabelbinder fixiere. Fertig.

With the wires all in the right places the block will not 'crimp' into the main body. I fiddled about for a while and the whole assembly fell apart. Not good and a big waste of time.
