Does the job OK.Need to put phone on a non-slip surface to hold still while removing old glass. Key thing is not to scratch th actual lens under the broken protective cover. It wiggles on its base.The tweezers are very fine and potentially useful for removing fragments (but I only used them to handle new cover into place) - I shook out the broken pieces and used an air spray to help. Also used a camera lens brush and puffer.The plastic stick is useful to lever up glass pieces until get nearer to fixing rim/edge. Or use a small electrical screwdriver to lever it up - but lever this against a flat screwdriver placed flat on phone so it keeps away from touching lens.The scapel isnt strong enough to do the job but handy for other jobs elsewhere. It needs a Stanley blade knife - changed the blade 4 times as needs to be very sharp. Cut/scrape the adhesive under the outer rim of old adhesive. Keep blade pointed away from fingers and hold phone down hard while scraping/cutting.Some people warm with hairdryer but I didn't need to. But it was hard work - and dangerous to fingers if not careful.Eventually you work all the way around the rim and can scrape clean the base and inner corner.Good to have a lighted magnifying glass to check for fragments around lens.Finally cleaned tiny lens with spectacle cleaner on a cotton bud and dried it with air spray.To fit new cover - decide which of the 3 supplied is correct for the broken cover of the 3.Top lens uses the one with a large black area and small aperture.Middle lens uses one with small black area and very large aperture.Bottom lens uses the middle sized black area and aperture.Take out new cover with tweezers supplied.Pull off the green spotted adhesive strip paper with the tweezers.Place on with help from magnifier to get centred.Put a pad on top of cover and back of phone and add a small plastic clamp to press for a while.Photos are of top cavity after scraped out old cover and new cover in place.

This was a great product, As well as the lens covers it came with the tools to replace them. With the help of YouTube videos and a hair dryer it didn’t take long to replace the lens cover. You just need to be careful not to touch the lens.
