A pack of LED filled tubes is a nice idea for any party or event, however these are nothing special. The LED lights that are inside the tubes have different colors each, but are not RGB, so they don't change color. There are only 3 light modes - fast blinking, slow blinking and continuous light - so nothing special there. The stretchable pop-tube design makes the decorations appropriate to be used as bracelets, necklaces, headbands and many other things, which is good. However, the overall quality is not very good and the tubes are pretty much single use and then you have to throw them away, because the batteries are super hard to reach and are not rechargeable, so the product is really not ecologically friendly. They came packaged in two layers of plastic bags, which is good enough to protect them during transport. I give them 2 stars, but I advise you not to buy these, because they just pollute the environment. Maybe if the maker revise the way these are made, for example with much more lighting options, RGB LEDs and rechargeable batteries, they will be okay, but in their current state - they're not.
