I've been happily using this whisk for three months now and my match tastes delicious! Leaves no residue and is easy to clean.

I haven't heard of Matcha tea before and I managed to get some at a discounted price to try.When my friends visited me I mentioned if they would like some - I was not sure by the way the tea looked - very green - but that's all the chlorophyl in it, the really good stuff that we don't normally get enough off.Matcha tea has amazing health properties and my friend was quite excited that I had some.I made us all a cup of tea using a metal whisk.My friend insisted that I need to get a proper bamboo whisk for much nicer taste. So I ordered this one. It arrived from China much sooner than it's expected delivery date - 36 days earlier.I looked up the Japanese matcha tea ritual. And followed it - it was something calm about it.First you get a bowl and put some hot water inside it - to warm the bowl up - then put the bamboo whisk in to soften it. Then empty to bowl and dry it - this is important part. Add a small spoonful of Matcha tea to the bowl and add hot water 80 deg C ideally. And whisk till frothy. The frothier the better taste. I must practise more my whisking skills. The froth is hard to achieve.I must admit the taste is better when using the bamboo whisk.

Pour qui est amateur de thé vert MATCHA , c'est un outil indispensable au service de ce thé si particulier et qui ,au Japon,fait l'objet d'une vraie cérémonie.Sans aller jusque là ,il vous permettra de battre le mélange (3mn) et de servir un breuvage onctueux si vous avez pris soin de respecter les doses(1g par tasse). Ce fouet en bambou est bien fait et semble solide.J'en suis très satisfait.

Endlich kann ich meinen Matcha Tee klumpen frei aufschlagen, das hat mit dem Schneebesen nicht geklappt
