They are sufficient for normal kitchen gloves. They prevent sudden knife cuts and protect the hand while for example cutting a vegetable.However, they are not work gloves, sharp objects penetrate life knifes pointy head or a saw teeth.Also, If you put a carrot in them and begin to cut them they will tear completely after 2 cuts. It is working as intended. It fits well and it feels durable. Haven't actually tried to slash it with a knife or handle anything sharp via sharp end with it, to be fair. May change this as I continue to use it. Of course, I could be part of the lucky ones that did not get a janky product.

Un acquisto obbligato per chi voglia usare lame e mandoline in sicurezza. Probabilmente non uno strumento da professionisti ma piu' che suffciente per un uso domestico. Sono molto flessibili e non impediscono i movimenti.Una volta usati li lavo con il detersivo per i piatti e li lascio asciugare come se fossero normali guanti in tessuto.Non ricordo se ci sono taglie diverse ma quelli che ho io potrebbero non essere adatti per mani molto piccole.
