When you buy gift wrap in the shops here in the UK it nearly always tends to be the same sort of width, even if the length varies quite a bit.. it's normally around 70cm wide.This paper is around 43cm, so quite a bit narrower - not a huge problem, but something to consider before buying. It is fine for smaller items but may not fit a large gift.Length wise it is good at 8m, so you will get plenty of use out of the two rolls. I prefer the white, as it has a kind of pearly sheen to it which makes it look quite classy - both are good for wedding gifts which is what I got them for, as I have two family weddings coming up in the next few months.Quality wise the paper feels quite robust but not too thick to easily wrap around corners etc. It might be my imagination but it seems to me that the white paper is a little more inclined to rip when wrapping, so take care.Both rolls have dotted lines printed on the reverse side to help with measuring and cutting, but interestingly they are not both to the same scale. Again, not a big deal, but it might annoy some people!Overall this is nice quality paper, but be aware that the rolls are quite narrow compared to most shop bought rolls. For this reason my feeling is that despite being quality, these are perhaps over-priced at nearly ten pounds for two rolls.

I ordered the black and white rolls. They arrived wrapped in cellophane and in good condition. They are not as wide as some other rolls of wrapping paper I’ve had. These measure 43cm across. Each roll is tightly wound and there is roughly 8 Metres of paper as per the listing. The paper is fairly thin and has a smooth silk gloss finish. The rear of the paper has a grid of dotted lines to help with cutting and folding. It was easy to manage and fold.Overall, it’s pretty good quality paper and at just under nine pounds it’s about right.
