2 Stks 95mm Lager Ronde Pulley Wiel Kabel Lift Sport Slijtvaste Apparatuur

Haven't been able to get to the gym for a while, so wanted to make my own lat pulldown / triceps pushdown pulley using a punch bag / chin up bracket that I'd previously bought from Amazon. So I bought cable, brackets and bolt etc.. from Amazon including these pully wheels and they are perfect for what I needed. They are great value, well made and arrived very quickly. I've used them a few times now for both lat pulldowns and triceps pushdowns and find that the pulley wheel turns very smoothly, and as I only needed one pulley wheel I've got a spare one just in case.

Ho comprato queste carrucole per realizzare un Ercolina. Mi mancavano troppo esercizi come la lat machine o i tricipiti con la corda.. allora ho pensato perché non costruirne una? e con pochi euro ho realizzato questo!
