This set of 2 long 8" hinges are very solid and work well on medium to large sized doors.Each hinge is well crafted from stainless-steel which is coated in a lovely matt black finish and has screw holes along each side with a solid hinge join that opens smoothly with plenty of support to the door.I like the hinge and the black counter-sunk screws match the metal well but the holes in the hinge are not counter-sunk so the head of the screw sticks up quite far, this causes an issue if you want the hinge to shut full on itself as the screws holes are aligned so the two screw heads hit each other first and this can cause issues with the hinge.They are nice and large at 20cm tall, 3.5cm total width so check the measurements are suitable for your job before ordering. I was impressed with how solid they felt and nice they looked, and they did the job I wanted but might not suit everyone’s needs or you need to counter-sink the holes yourself.Overall, for £7.99 they are good value for money, well made and better than a DIY shop would charge.

You get two eight inch hinges. They are in a matt black finish, they come with fixing screws and are good quality.We are using them to go on a wooden storage box and they look really smart.
