Utter junk, after screwing it in place, I lost a terminal nut, then discovered it is not M6, but 3/16"!Who the heck uses imperial measurements in the modern world?Now if I replace it, I'm left with holes where it was mounted!

The positive of these are they are of heavyweight construction and come with fixing screws and a pack of 4 cable lugs to crimp (or failing that solder) to your cable ends. There's a solid plastic cover with retaining plastic nuts for safety and all the contact metalwork is well finishedBUT, (as other reviewers have already confirmed)The '100A 4 xM8 terminal studs' model I got was not M8 in any way. The screw threads are actually about 4.8mm across and so probably something like an American 3/16th thread. They came with 4 size '8-6S' lugs with a hole size of about 6.3mm which are therefore a sloppy fit on the screw threads and there are 8 studs in all in the set so not enough to complete the wiring anyway. I think with all this in mind '100A' would at best be an intermittent rating in my mind not continuous.If I overlook the description and accessories and get back to basics though :An M5 ring terminal of the right size for your cable lug fits better (well enough) on the thread and an M5 size lock washer will also serve in this this case along with the supplied bolts.Using those for the job you can have a nice solid distribution bar for medium current use
