These are definitely worth the money

I am new to baking sourdough bread. I was going through so much parchment paper, and discovered these online. They are great. When my bread is ready to turn out from the Banneton bowl, I put the silicone baking mat on the outside and flip the bowl over. My loaf comes out easily and then I put it in the dutch oven. I don't have to use my hands, and I save money by being able to use the silicone baking mat over and over again. I would highly recommend to anybody making bread.

I’ve baked sourdough for years ( way before it became the “in” thing. Parchment was a one time use, typically didn’t provide a barrier against over browned bottom crust and often ripped when attempting to remove from my Dutch oven. This is a fantastic alternative. Transfer loaves easily, provide a little more barrier for that bottom crust and EASY lifting the loaf out. No more fiddling around with the parchment. If you’re serious about baking or baker round loaves frequently, this is indispensable. Wipes clean with a damp cloth, stores easily.

Product easy to remove from Dutch oven,however,it acts like an insulation and tends to slow the baking to the bottom of the bread.allow an extra 5 mins at least.
