These are great to make your clothes more fitted for a flattering shape. I attached one to a velvet bowtie to put on the back of a baggy sweater to bring the waist in and make it more flattering. From the front it gives an hourglass shape, and it looks super cute in the back.

I use these to keep my bra straps in place. it's more comfortable that using racerback and can be used with all of my bras with straps. I don't remove them, as well as leaving them attached when I wash the bras. They are very comfortable and I don't even feel them
