Purchased 2 of these for my cats and they just feel so much cleaner than a plastic box - you can actually get them fully clean when you need to which overalls keeps the cat odour down. My cats had no problem with the switch either and they are a good size and depth for my larger cat. These feel very sturdy and will last forever so they are worth the money to me.

I personally wish I had switched to these cat litter pans years ago. I have 7 cats and yes all are rescued from bad situation. Yes am able to care for them including vet care. I cant afford the litter robots they are way to expensive. I have tried automatic litter boxes in the past. Not of them have worked for me. I just replaced 10 plastic litter pans with these stainless steel pans. These pans have given me the best results so far. I clean my litter boxes 2 x daily but I sometimes get lazy and only clean 1x daily. It is rare that I only scopp once per day. These boxes are very large in size. I have 2 maine coon cats and they gave no issues with missing the box. I have older cats that use the step to get into and out of the box. I have wanted to change over to stainless steel boxes for about 5 years but I found them very expensive. I would rather have a slight pee smell in my litter box and be able to afford quality food and services for my animals. I came across these reasonable priced and bought them. My only issue was 4 of the litter boxes had small dents in the corner. Does not effect the pans just a little cosmetic issue.

Unfortunately it was much too big ( I had 2) for the space , but more importantly too big for my cats. But an excellent good quality tray.
