Small, great for camping etcboth are silicone, but also with hard innards so not overly flexible.

I've never tried these in a hot pan or skillet so I don't know how heat resistant they are but they are perfect for flipping food items in the microwave. We use them alot for flipping microwavable, pre cooked hamburger patties and they work great. Perfect size to reach in the microwave without having to remove the whole plate and they do not bend at all under the wieght of the food item.
