Rubber Bandsaw Wheel tires unfortunately not the same thickness everywhere, which causes a lot of vibrations. Unusable, I had to order another one from another supplier.

good value tires, easy to fit

Easy to fit, but inconsistent thickness resulting in significant vibrations on band saw.Pretty much unusable as causes messy cuts.

Was hoping to use these on my Ferrex 10" bandsaw as an upgrade from the stock tires but I have a couple of issues with them. Firstly, they're extremely difficult to put on and no instructions or tips on the description or included in the packet, I ended up having to get half on then awkwardly pinning the bottom to the bench with one hand while pulling up on the band to gradually ease it on. Unfortunately that's when I realised that the width of the tread it about 5mm thinner than the existing tire. I think this could be ok maybe with thinner blades but I would worry that wider blades wouldn't be fully supported and affect the tracking/longevity.As for the noise reduction, anecdotally yes they did seem quieter but they are thicker and slightly softer than the stock ones so it is to be expected.Actual quality wise they seem decent enough, bit rough on the edges but longevity wise seem like they'd last a while. Not for me unfortunately though back to stock tires.

I've had an old Sealey bandsaw sitting in the back room at the workshop for about 6 years. I recovered it after a fire at my old workshop, and got as far as replacing all the electrical parts, and then stopped because the tyres had virtually cooked in the fire, and didn't get around to replacing them, so the resto stopped.Spotted these on Vine and thought I might as well get them and finish the job. Finally got around to fitting them and they fitted fine after a little exertion stretching them on. They run smoothly, and seems quieter than I remember it being...but that could just be memory playing tricks. But it doesn't matter; the saw is back and able to be used. And as it always did, for what was at the time a fairly cheap saw, cuts beautifully. Obviously, I have no idea how long the tyres will last, but they seem perfectly fine, and compared to some alternatives I looked at online when writing this review, very well priced.
