Easy to install and it dose what it's suppose to do !

Used to replace one provided with disposal unit / sink after a couple of years. Fits exactly and has stayed in place so far, no complaints.

Just a matter (turn power off first!) of pulling out old splash guard and pushing around the top edge to engage the new one securely in the throat of the waste disposer.A bit of a messy job obviously, don’t forget to clean throat before fitting new guard and I also put the tiniest film of Vaseline around the bottom edge of the indented ring of the new guard to help it ‘slide’ into place.Its folded ‘wings’ make pushing food through the guard easy and they jump back into place immediately after food has gone through.
