The dust and fibres do stick to these, but they can also jam the debris into the crevices and machinery if you are not careful. This isn't an item you just jam into places and all the dust and stray cloth fibres just come out: you have to take case and attention with them.

They work ok - maybe too flexible - certainly for the price they will do

This set of 20 pieces total, 5 pieces each of 4 different flexible silicone head wands, are for cleaning the dust, lint and threads out of the sewing machine. The size of each is about 4 1/4"h x 1/4"w head x 1/8"w handle and similar to a mascara type wand. The handles feel sturdy enough to last a while. The heads are flexible, can get into small spaces, when rotated will pick up plenty of debris. Since the heads are silicone, they don't have the same static electricity ability to pick up debris quite as well as a pipe cleaner but, they are easier to clean and will last longer.
