Delivery: Product came in a few days late, and when it did there was no charger included, so I had to contact the seller and wait a few days for that as well.Looks: The screen is the only part of the laptop with no visible issues. The Alcantara keyboard has some visible scuff markings (almost like a label was peeled off), and both the front and back exteriors have several visible kinks. The back is a bit worse for wear with a few scratches as well.Performance: At first the laptop was severely overheating, as CPU usage was constantly at 100%. I discovered that this was due to the windows version, which for some reason installed as an older one with many updates missing. I spend 3-4 hours working on that the first afternoon. I also noticed some issues with the touchpad (couldn't drag or highlight anything) which were resolved after reinstalling the drivers and tweaking with the device for a bit. Overall, spent about 5-6 hours to get the laptop working properly, but seems to be working OK right now with no overheating.The face recognition is also a bit slow and doesn't always work, but that could just be Microsoft's fault.Overall, I would've been much less bothered by these issues if the product came in at 700 pounds, rather than 800. Paying 200 less for a laptop might be enough to justify the risk of having it break down faster in the future, but when you factor in the scratches and time investment to set it up right it does feel a bit like you're getting less than you paid for.
