This laptop has been problematic since we bought it at the end of August. We tried to contact the seller for advice but could only get through to an Amazon helpdesk.Initial error messages - couldnt find a bootable operating system. We tried to fix it and Amazon helpdesk tried to help. The message then went away and the laptop was ok for a few weeks.Now it will not charge properly - the battery is clearly the problem. We charge it up and get 1% charge. Then if it does charge, it stops working if you unplug the cable.It's been a disaster from day one and we will not be buying a reconditioned laptop from Amazon etc - more so because it is impossible to get proper support.

Nice piece of hardware, unfortunately it runs windows, which is so vulnerable to attack that I had to delete my files, wipe the disk and sell it to someone else and delete all my Microsoft accounts after getting hacked immediately after contacting Microsoft support. I can't recommend Microsoft anything after my experience with it.
