The only thing I wish is I would have bought a bigger one - this though is sturdy and comes with extra pegs - work’s excellent!

I needed this block for crocheting granny squares for a blanket. The pins hold pretty well, but they will start to pull if you add a lot of squares.This did a good job blocking my squares and I do recommend this as a budget-friendly item for your crochet!

I'm able to block 4 stacks of ~3inch squares at once which is super handy, the block and steel rods feel very strong and durable and I can see myself using this for years to come. I added some tape around the sides so that I can write on it with erasable markers, like the length of the side or anything else I need to keep track of

This is a nice blocking board for small knit or crochet projects. I am doing a sampler quilt and wanted to be able to block before putting it all together. As you can see from my photos, this isn’t quite big enough for my blocks. However, if you are doing a project with a 4 or 5 inch block this should work well for your needs.The mat is made from bamboo and is relatively smooth so you shouldn’t need to worry about your yarn snagging or catching on the mat’s surface. The pins are quite long so it would be easy to stack a good number of blocks on top of each other as you are working through your project. They fit snuggly into the holes and there are a good number of them in case you’re the type to lose track of them. There is a little stand included so you can prop up the mat at an angle but I can’t really see the need for it.This is sturdy enough to be useful and small enough to be easily stored without taking up too much room. If you do a lot of small work that needs blocking it might be a good investment for your craft space.
