My Gardena robot is fantastic at keeping my lawn neat and tidy over summer but there are a few bald patch where the soil is a bit loose and the robot tends to dig trenches instead of roll over the spots. Since installing these metal rings the robot no longer turning it wheels on the spot, it just roll over the loose dirt as it should.Shame there is no other way to install but to drill into the side of the wheels, other than that it is perfect.
