I use this basket with a naked portafilter and when I run it through my machine it seems that one of the holes isn't quite pointing in the right direction as a tiny jet of espresso fires out from underneath onto the counter top. Yes, my coffee grind is dialed in. Yes, I'm using 9 bars of pressure and preinfusing at low pressure... still, if I hold my cup directly under the filter during the extraction, I can manage to catch the jet in my cup.... not great though...

Ich hatte vorher so richtig günstige Dinger. Dieses ist deuuuutlich besser. Ich bilde mir auch ein, dass diese Nanobeschichtung wirklich bei der Reinigung hiflt

I’ve been using this basket for a week now, and it’s taking some time to find the sweet spot for tamping with this one. I’m still getting some splatter with it, like espresso coming out under high pressure, but not from the center of the puck. It’s rather messy when this happens, and I’m admittedly a little confounded. I’ve never had that happen with any basket before. Maybe, I need to work on my technique. I’ll update the review after some more time with it.Update: 06 Mar 2023I found the issue with spurting to be a combination of grind courseness and tamping. I managed to start doing this with my original 18g basket. So, I’ve updated the review to 5 stars as I can't think of any negatives. I’m still not sure about the whole precision thing, but that maybe more about my knowledge than the basket itself.
