24V 65W Heater Catridge + 300°C NTC 100K 3950 Thermistor Temperatuursensor Compatibel met Voron V2.4 V0.1 V1.8 V6 PT100 Dragon Hotend 3D-printer

Fitted to my Prusa Mk 3.5

Great quality and consistent performance. I purchased "upgraded hotends" with the order of my 3D printer. They were supposed to reach 300'C with ease, allowing the use of more exotic filaments. Fast forward two years to my first attempt using some high-end filament, imagine my surprise when the hotend failed at 245'C over and over.After some disassembly and research, I realized nothing was upgraded as promised and paid for. This brought me to this item set of 65W heater cartridge and thermistor. Now I did find out that my OG thermocouple was sufficient for 300'C, so I only swapped the heat cartridge.Wow, night and day difference! Nozzle heats up much faster and consistently rises, no more up/down dance before reaching target temp. It just rises steadily to temp and holds it there. Getting more consistent prints with this heat cartridge and am a happy camper once again.Green wires are well insulated and thick, can be tricky to get cover back on extruder. No problems after all is tightened back down.

Hotend now works flawlessly. with less heat creep because of the high heat. I liked this thermostat. no more long waits for my hot end to heat up. I liked it so much I bought two of them and I might buy one more. I have 12 printers in total eventually maybe change over.

Die Heizpatronen sind gut verarbeitet und haben geringe Widerstandsabweichungen.Ob die Teile auch langlebig sind und gut die Temperatur halten können, konnte ich leider nicht ausprobieren, da mein Drucker (Prusa XL) sie leider nicht annimmt, da sie zu hohe Leistungsaufnahme haben.
