I bought this set mostly for the balloons. What a mistake. They are opaque so you can't see the confetti inside, there was the grand total of 5...yes that's 5! pieces of gold confetti inside them and when inflated they literally look like inflated condoms! No way could I use them. Oh, and they didn't stay attached to the stars anyway.I did use some of the other bits but I had to whip out the glue gun to re-attach them to the sticks as they fell off as being taken out of the packets (yeah....everyone wants to start playing with glue as they are decorating a birthday cake, don't they? ) and they were all very short.Ironically, the only parts which seemed to be any good, if flimsy, was the happy birthday and the 40, both of which I never intended to use.Not worth the money, not recommended.
