  • Cafelat Silicone Gasket is veel zachter dan origineel, gemaakt van Food Grade Silicone. Het is geurloos en smaakloos. Verhardt niet als origineel. Gaat veel langer mee.

I own 2019 Gaggia classic pro machine. I can feel a real better shot using the ims screen. It is probably due to better distributions and extraction. This test encouraged me to change the 15 bar pressure to 9 bars hoping further improvement. The brass boiler in the new Gaggia e24 version ( my future machine ) add temp stability. I found the pre infusion trick not only useless, it accelerates the shot flow and influence negatively the flavor of the shot. Gaggia espresso shot is as good as any espresso shot extracted with $3000 machines and better than my previous $1800 quick-mill Andreja premium. Gaggia still have the policy of eliminating warranty for adding PID to their new machines which is really not needed. Look at Profetic go which has useless PID and pressure control with double the price of the Gaggia for nothing.
