These work great to get the wok clean. I've only used one and expect them to last a long time

Sur les deux brosses, une était cassée, le bois est éclaté sur les deux, y'a des échardes. C'est en-manchonné salement. Sur les brins, certains étaient déjà cassés.ça vaut vraiment même pas 1€ par brosse. Obligé de renvoyer et j'en reprendrai une quand je passerai dans une supérette chinoise.

Perfect. Does the job nicely

I bought these to clean my cast iron frying pans and they are perfect for the job. Makes cleaning my iron pans an easy job instead of a struggle. Very very happy and so far no sign of any splitting or mould. I had some other dish washing brushes with wooden handles and natural bristles and they have all split and gone mouldy very quickly and they didn't work as well as these twiggy ones either.

Been loving cooking in my carbon steel wok, but cleanup used to be such a pain in the butt. Then I saw one of Kenji's videos showing how easy these bamboo brushes make cleaning (without damaging the seasoning), and they are indeed a game changer! It probably does help that at least a small seasoning layer has built up, but it's literally only a minute or two of gentle scrubbing with the bamboo brush to get all the residue off the wok.So far the brush is holding together, but on the off chance they fall apart too soon, I'll update my review.
