One word, fantastic! Shipping was one day (Prime) and everything that's needed (and more) was included. The actual repair was easy, just take your time and follow the Central Sounds tutorial on YouTube. A clamp as used in the tutorial is ofcourse not included but very useful for gently cracking it open after heating it with a blow-dryer for 20 seconds or so. The included glue has a nice small tip for precise application and seems to dry quickly and firmly. One tip, test the earbud before actually glueing it shut. :-)All in all a great product and if needed would definitely buy again!

Zojuist de operatie uitgevoerd, ik raad de YouTube uitleg aan van Central Sound. Of de operatie een succes is weet ik nog niet.Deze set zelf is OK. Het plastic is van dramatische kwaliteit, de pincet en het haakje totaal niet nodig gehad. De driehoek wel erg handig. Geen flauw idee waarom er twee schroevendraaiers bij zitten want die gebruik je ook niet.Het scheermesje gebruikt om de lijm die op de batterij zit "door te snijden", voorzichtig dat je niet uitschiet.De lijm is gewoon secondelijm en lijkt zijn werk goed te doen.De batterijen, geen idee. Weet ik pas wanneer de operatie geslaagd is :)Al met al is een goede handleiding verreweg de grootste noodzaak. Of je nou deze of een andere batterij koopt maakt niet uit, en de hulpmiddelen zijn ook niet speciaal en als je zelf een pincet hebt, dun stukje plastic, scheermesje en secondelijm heb je dat allemaal niet nodig.

Replaced the battery on my WF-1000XM4, and it went super well! The batteries themselves seem solid and worked right away.The included tools are okay, but not the best quality. I’d recommend using a thin metal tweezer instead — it makes the job much easier.Important tip: Be extra careful with the tiny ribbon cable and the locking connector — they're super fragile and can break easily. If you’re not getting power after reassembly, check that the top PCB is making good contact. In my case, I used a tiny dab of super glue to keep it in place, and that fixed the issue.Overall, great value and a solid replacement kit if you’re comfortable doing delicate work.

Only needed razor blade and pick to open buds. Once inside, XM3 battery cover secured by 2 small screws, easily removed with supplied mini phillips screw driver. Use supplied mini flat head screwdriver to pry out battery. Insert new battery, screw battery cover back on, snap the bud back together, no glue needed. Both done in 15 minutes. I had to initialize the buds before they would hold a full charge. Easy DIY and way cheaper than new buds.
