Writing this from the toilet because I ran to amazon to see if anyone else had the same effect. This WORKS!! Im hugging my knees and gripping the tissue. For me with my metabolism running fast, it only take me two hours or less to flush everything i ate that day. I mix it with Honey Chamomile to calm my stomach . I love the packaging.
