I really need a refund, this purchase was a waste the pumps were not even inflating the balloons in the first place even after so many attempts

As stated in the description these pumps are specifically for inflating the long thin balloons used for modelling ie making balloon animals etc. They are exactly what is required for this specific purpose and can even be used successfully by very young children, as proved by my 3, 4 and 5 years-old grandchildren (although they cannot yet manage to knot the balloons 😆).
