The product is not as described or pictured. There is NO cotton area for you to put castor oil on. It's ALL adhesive. Apparently they intend for you to tear off a little piece of cotton ball, put the oil on that, and then this product is meant to just place over it, to hold it in place like tape. Yet the picture shows oil being applied directly to this product. Not possible! Seriously, you're better off using a cotton pad like for faces, with scotch tape. It's also much cheaper. That's what I did after I returned this product.Even if I was to be bothered to tear off some cotton to use with this tiny sticky star, it's not healthy/safe, because castor oil absorbs whatever it's in contact with and will penetrate that substance deep into your body. So you'd just be transporting the adhesive substance into your body.With my cotton pad- scotch tape method, I just put oil on one cotton pad then layer another dry one over it, and put the tape on that. That way, no substance from the tape comes into contact with the oil.The fact they label this as organic cotton– if true– is misleading, because they can only be talking about the outer surface, not the surface that would come into contact with your castor oil...which is the whole point of using organic cotton with castor oil.

Unfortunately these are little small to keep all the castor oil in place so it leaks out and they also leave a very sticky residue behind which is difficult to clean. They are comfortable to wear overnight and the quality is okay.

I didn’t like this product. No instructions on use included.I found a cotton ball dipped in castor oil and pushed into bellybutton and taped in place, worked for me. At a fraction of the cost.Returned the product on prime.
