It’s a good chopping board for ensuring good food hygiene. A huge downside is that when you put hot food on it like toast, it creates condensation which in turn wets the food. Good for chopping things that aren’t hot or cold.

Good quality stainless steel, quite thick and a good size, I like it a lot, bought for slicing steak to go on barbecue, highly polished and durable.

It is has been a few days since I replaced my two olivewood choppingboards with this one. Stainless steel is certainly much easier to handle, clean and maintain. It also much improved my cooking experience as I can rest this board easily on top of the pan/ pot to transfer the chopped with a lot more control. A great product and I will buy more.I would have preferred if the edges were slightly more rounded/ chamferred. I also suggest the sheet may have slight thickness profile changes to create grooves on the outer narrow side the hole/ handle to give it a little lift to make it easier to pick up and still provide flat surfaces from either sides.
