This is a well built, flexibl seat belt for my 80 pound Old English who LOVES to go on rides. I always worried about him be a flying object should I have to stop quickly, and that when I leave him in the car to run into a store that he'd try to climbe out the window and follow me, but worry no more do I.This hooks nicely into either a seat belt recepticle or into the baby seat clip on my back window deck. It's fully adjustable so I can provide the correct length, and seems very well built and strong. We are getting a second one for my wife's car.
