3Dman Dual Gear Extruder Drive Feeder for Ender 3 V2, Ender 3 Series, Ender 5 Pro, Ender 5 Plus, CR10 Series, Vyper Series and Other 3D printers

IT's as descibed; a dual gear extruder feeder. I own an Ender 5 Plus, 3 Max and 3 Pro and the drive fits on my direct drive mods. Will purchase again when the time comes.Note that the dual gear drive required more installation space then the regular single gear drive (It's about twice as thick). If you buy this to act as a simple upgrade, it may not fit your machine. Make sure your X-carriage/Dirct Drive plate has room for it.

Niet goed: geen handleiding bijgevoegd, ook niet een web-adres ervanWel goed: op YouTube staat een redelijk goed instructiefilmpje en de extruder doet wat ie moet doen goed.

Goede doorvoer wel even op YouTube gekeken voor de juiste doorvoer snelheid. Werk perfect 👌🏻

The gear started grinding INTO the lever itself and eventually broke leaving lots of metal dust on my bed and extruder. Not great...

Is oke maar slijt wel bij de arm door de tandwiel.

This seems to basically work okay, however, the kit does not include the second tube fitting in the picture, nor is the aluminum drilled and tapped for it. This is a blaintent case of the vendor deceiving the buyer. If I wasn't pressed for time when I bought this, I would have returned it, either way, I recommend you buy from someone that isn't a liar.

It works well for the money. A couple of thing you might want to know.1)The one i got was the right side version(i.e lever arm is to the top right when you are looking at the motor shaft). Not sure if they have left version too.2)There's no gearing. I thought it was 1:3 reduction for some reason. It's just 1:1. That being said, 1:1 works quite well with twin hobs for 1.75 filament. So can't complain.3)Hobs tend to bite strongly into the filament. Even if you relax the spring as far as it'll go. Might not be suitable for flex flimanets with stock springs but i haven't tested this.

Dieser Extruder hat meiner Meinung nach deutlich mehr Kraft als viele der von mir davor getesteten (unübersetzten) Exemplare. Früher hatte ich oft das gefürchtete rattern am Motor wenn die Kraft mal wieder nicht ausreichte das Filament zu fördern. Das hatte ich bisher nicht wieder. Ziel erreicht.Ich sehe bei diesem Extruder einige Vorteile. 1.) Es wirkt scheinbar mehr Kraft aufs Filament ein, da der Durchmesser der Förder Rollen schön klein ist und diese auch von 2 Seiten greifen. 2.) Da er nicht aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist und auch höher als viele seiner Metall Kollegen ist, kann die Hitze vom Extruder Motor vermutlich etwas besser abtransportiert werden. Einzig kleiner Nachteil: Ein Knopf zum manuellen drehen am Schaft des Motors passt bei mir nun leider nicht mehr drauf. Es überwiegen aber klar die Vorteile.
