Only been using it for a couple of days, but I was impressed with the fact that everything just worked straight out of the box. No problems, no issues, no configurations and no workarounds needed. Which is usually not the case with these kind of tech products. I just screwed my HDD's in to the "racks" (plenty of screws came with the package - even a little screwdriver!), plugged it in and everything was working right away. Build quality feels nice too.Positively surprised that it has a USB host, so that you can expand with more hubs.Hoping the entire device will stand the test of time!P.S. Don't forget to peel off the plastic protection attached to the metal parts on each of the "shelves" :)

Excelente, rápido te conecta 3 HDD en un solo USB 3. Puedes copiar, pegar de uno al otro.Le refrigeracion me guarda los discos a 35 grados (vivo en zona tropical, estan en un cuarto a 28 grados).Ojo no es un NAS. lo puedes usar en red via una computadora, conectar a una TV para ver tu coleccion de peliculas etc.

First and foremost, their customer service is second to none, and this box could have been brilliant. I bought both versions. The 5-gig version was returned because the fan is too loud for a desktop box. The 10-gig version suffers from the same loud fan. It's not as loud, but it's too loud for your desk unless you just like noise. The drives inside the box don't get hot when not using the fan, with regular disk drives or SSDs, so the case could be vented on the top, or a temperature-controlled fan. Raise the price but 5 bucks, sure, worth it? Absolutely. Anyway, I have reached out to them again about the issue and we will see what happens..
