I'm way more comfortable when my blazer sleeves are pushed up my arm some, while still looking professional enough for work. There's nothing worse than having to constantly push up your sleeves; it's an inconvenient annoyance and drives me crazy. I tried rubber bands which hurt and you can see them because the color clashes with most clothes. These sleeve bands are great! They don't hurt (I had them on for 12 hours and didn't realize it), your sleeves stay regardless of how thick or thin the material, and no more futzing with your sleeves! I even gave a 90 minute presentation with them on and everything was flawless to the point all I had to focus on was my presentation. You can't go wrong with these!

I sure hope the rest of these last longer than 4 hours. Wore for the first time today and felt it break loose while driving home after work.

I think they may be a little large. I haven’t used them yet but when I slipped it on my arm it didn’t feel snug. I think it might be a good idea to if they had small, medium and large like they do for bracelets.
