According to the product description it's 304 grade, which is basically as good as 316L unless you're particularly sensitive to nickel (8%) and/or going to be around high salt/chlorine environments.I would recommend these to wear almost like fine costume jewelry, for they're pretty much hypoallergenic (except for that small percentage of nickel), so it could be okay to sleep in and stuff. They seem well constructed, snaps when closed and had a nice weight to them. I intend to wear them for a bit, but I'm not sure how well they'll hold up against sweat and any swimming I'll do.I might just order some 316L or 10K white gold and save these for the winter or give them away when I find time to shop for hoops of these size and weight. The price is okay, and they're easier to maintain that sterling silver and more durable than silver or gold plated of these kind.
