400 W DC-DC Step-up Boost Converter Constante Huidige Voeding Module LED Driver In 8.5 V naar 50 V Uit 10 V naar 60 V

I bought one of these units to drive a 36V, 25W LED module from an available 15V supply. The circuitry is a standard boost converter using the classic TL494 controller. I can't vouch for it outputting 400W as claimed, but it handled the 25W requirement without getting notcieably warm, and the choice of components suggests that it would be comfortable with quite a bit more than this. The output voltage and current limit are easy to adjust using multi-turn potentiometers.NOTE: like all standard boost converters, there is a DC path between input and output via the boost inductor and diode. This means that it will NOT limit the current if the output voltage is below the input voltage. Ensure that you have a suitabe load connected when adjusting the current limit!Overall this unit did its job well. One thing to note is that the mouting holes are very close to the input and output capacitors on the PCB, so there isn't much room for screws or nuts; I got around this by mouting the unit with self-adhesive standoffs.

Hab mir schon mehrere von diesen Geräten bestellt. Und bei der letzten Bestellung waren die Kühlkörperbefestigung abgedreht und die Sicherung musste ich nachlöten, da diese schräg drin war. Sonst funktioniert es wunderbar.

Quando l'ho provato funzionava bene e inveca dopo averlo montato non funzionava più. Toccando i componenti mi sono accorto che premendo sul fusibile aveva dei parziali funzionamenti. Ho smontato il tutto, risaldato il fusibile e da allora funziona benissimo.
