Die Fräser sind vernünftig geschliffen und scharf. Gefräst habe ich damit 7075er und 5083er Alu. Hat beides super funktioniert. Auch bei zu hoher Zustellung und damit einhergehenden Vibrationen brechen sie nicht.

I recently purchased the 5pcs 6mm Shank Tungsten Carbide Single Flute End Mills for my CNC router, hoping they would be a cost-effective option for cutting wood, aluminium, and steel. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.I attempted to cut 0.3mm aluminium, which should be an easy task for a decent-quality end mill. However, these bits struggled significantly. Instead of making clean cuts, they either chattered, dulled quickly, or simply couldn’t cut through the material properly. Despite adjusting speeds and feeds, the results remained poor.While these might work for softwood or very light materials, they are completely unsuitable for anything tougher like aluminium or steel. In hindsight, I should have invested in higher-quality end mills from a more reputable brand, as these cheaper ones ended up being a waste of money.If you’re looking for reliable, precise cutting tools for metal or harder materials, I’d strongly recommend spending a bit more for better durability and performance. Cheaper is not always better, and this purchase proved that point.
