This is my favorite rj45 style of connector. I've used these in the past, and, find that I can make a better, neater, faster and easier connection than with other types.It took me awhile to find someone that still sells this style.It seems that push through is what is popular now, and, I'm not happy with the end result.I find that it's almost impossible to insert the outer sheath into the connector like it's supposed to.With this 2 piece connector, no problem at all, and, furthermore, I don't need to buy new crimpers which are required for pass through connectors

i like the load bar plugs i used them to use on surveillance system i have virtually zero fail rate with these plugs as opposed to pass thru
