6 mm extra lange boor 200 mm HSS-spiraalboorboor met rechte schacht

Bought this to drill a hole through an aluminum profile. I had to drill 20 holes. After drilling for about 10 minutes uneventful drilling I took a shorter normal size drill which I had lying around. It went through in 5 seconds. Alas, that was too short to drill all the way through. (Thats why I ordered this XL drill)So I tried again to drill the last part with the ordered drill, but gave up after another 10 minutes of drilling.I even checked if the profile wasnt steel, because I couldnt believe the drill would be that bad.Eventually I went to a nearby store and bought a 140mm Alpen drill, and that just drilled through the aluminum like butter. The rest of the 20 holes took me about the same time as trying with this bit for 20 minutes, with time to spare. You get my message: IT IS BAD, DONT BUY THIS!

This drill bit was absolutely right for the job i had to do. It arrived very quickly

Don’t waste your money. Drill bit sheared on first use drilling soft wood. Pay a bit more and get a better quality product from a reputable brand rather than this cheap poor quality product. I brought a branded product from the store after this sheared, and used the drill bit all day without issue.
