As a collective, these bands are very useful. My wife has chronic debilitating hand and wrist degeneration and it is easing the pain. As for myself, I’d like to have seen a better range in tension. I deal with chronic traumatic arthritis and there is little difference between them all. So, without a greater tension diversity they are less useful for myself or anyone with any sort of basic strength already.
