I've used a number of these by now and found them very easy to install. These were the first ever I've used, and I can't imagine it getting any easier. I actually melted part of my first project with the soldering iron because the Heat Insert just slid right into place with no trouble at all and barely any pressure- but that's on me.Just last night I finished up another project that required quite a bit of surgery to the area surrounding the Heat Insert. Despite my concerns, it held up and was able to take quite a bit of torque when trying to finally get the machine-screw through it.I recommend purchasing these if you need M3 Heat Inserts.
