無充電目指して設置したが、パネルが電気を消費してる？のか、なぜかバッテリー残量が減少する。朝一100%だったのに、夜間20時には41%に激減！一体どうなってるのか。

Bought this to keep a Camera that is pointed at a high traffic area up and running. Routed the cable and drilled holes in the side before testing. This thing will not pick up as solar. In the box it says to unplug and plug it 6-8 times. I have done that about 40x. Verified the camera is full charge. Made sure the panel is in full sun. Just don't work. Looking at the reviews Majority appear to be fake. EDIT: Digging further it appears to be the pin out. Pictures show pins in 2 rows. One received are in a straight row. This appears to be how the camera tells the difference between power sources.

Funktioniert nicht. Erst wenn man das Produkt auspackt, liest man, dass die Kamera evtl. die Solarzelle nicht erkennt und meint, sie sei dauerhaft am Strom angeschlossen. Man soll dann angeblich das Kabel 8 - 10 mal aus- und einstecken, damit die Solarzelle erkannt wird. Funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Die Kamera hat sich in weniger als 3 Tagen komplett entladen. Geladen hat gar nichts. Meine Vermutung ist, dass ein falsches Kabel an der Zelle hängt, so dass die Kamera die Solarzelle gar nicht erkennen kann.

I was having some troubles and not able to confirm how this panel works with my google outdoor webcam. I tried remove and re-plug the solar panel cable to the camera more than 10 times and was not able to get it going, I then let the panel got more sun shine and repeated the same process the next day, still get no luck! After I gave up, all in a sudden, it seemed it was working. But I didn’t even know what made it worked, was it because not able to generate enough power? The camera was on and off from time to time. Before I know exactly how to make it works, I prefer not to use it for now.

This solar panel works a charm, doing exactly what I would hope it would, which is to keep my battery-powered Nest camera fully-charged and working non-stop. Anecdotally, the extra watt output might seem to charge a little faster than the 5W unit we have on another camera, but I have not done exact measurements and they are on different sides of the house, so it may not be as fair a comparison. Nonetheless, the camera clearly indicates it's on solar so no warnings about battery life or recording time, and the mount seems to be doing very well even with the constant and higher winds that we have here.
