I purchased book 1 levels 2-4 for my 12 year old son who is in his fourth year of cello. It challenges him enough to push his ability further, but rewarding enough to keep him coming back to his cello over and over throughout the day (without me asking him to!). This is wonderful, not only because it makes him a better cellist, but also because I can’t get enough of the beautiful music ringing throughout my home! An added bonus is the poetic descriptions and historical facts associated with all the Café pieces. Lovely!
