Very beautiful journal! Great quality! i can't tell if it's real leather or not, but i dont mind either way.

This kit is all you need when starting of with this type of journaling! I needed an alternative for the Travelers Company ones because they are so expensive and found this one right at the beginning of my journaling journey and I am beyond satisfied with it! It comes in a nice box and the letter is nice and thick!

The item is not real leather. If you look very closely at the pictures, you’ll see a repeating printed pattern. Too bad.

Consegna puntuale e precisa come sempre. Copertina in pelle, molto bello il materiale, morbido al tatto. Tende a rigarsi ma basta passarci sopra un panno e i segni si attenuano e in realtà l'aspetto vissuto del materiale è comunque gradevole. Nella confezione ci sono tutti i gadgets come da descrizione. Ottimo acquisto.

I recently purchased this journal after watching several videos about the Travelers Notebook. Initially, I was unsure if I would consistently use it, so I opted for this more affordable option, despite having bought numerous accessories for it. While I was initially concerned about scratches, I found that many can be easily wiped away with a finger.I am very pleased with this journal. The included accessories are excellent, and even with additional items, the notebook remains compact. I particularly appreciate that it comes with three additional bands already installed. Overall, it is an outstanding journal, and I highly recommend it.After purchasing my journal, I decided to buy one for my daughter. The leather on her journal is not as thick and appears softer and different. I ordered another one, thinking the first might have been a fluke, but the new one was the same. We will see how hers holds up compared to mine.

Impressive quality, especially considering the price! You really do get a lot for your money with this journal.I haven't tried Midoris (now "The Traveler Company") journal, so I can't really compare the two, but this is a really nice journal.The included inserts are all fountain pen friendly, though I find them a little too scratchy for my liking, so I ended up getting Midoris dotted inserts. The included card-folder and clip is great!Can't wait to see how it ages over time. Stoked.

As most others have said, the paper quality is excellent and is good with many pen and paint types. I've added a fourth book to mine (on an elastic hung round the back of one of the books), Which I use for scribbled brainstorming lists. Cut down from a standard A5 book (they are the right height, just too wide) it was a Sea Salt notebook given to me as gift last Christmas; although a pretty cover, the paper in that is nowhere near as good. However, there are other A5 books out there that are a lot easier to find than this narrow size so that's where I'll look when I need some good quality refills.Yes, the cover does mark but this doesn't bother me. I have recently treated it with a leather restorer and that soaked in and covered all the marks so this might be an option for those who don't like the scuffs. I've had it for 6 months so just feeding the leather twice a year doesn't seems too onerous a tasks. The leather is tough and fully protects the contents but is flexible at the same time.The original pen was lovely but I wasn't able to find refills that fitted it so instead I now use a waterproof fine liner pen, and this is a good substitute.The plastic pockets are just the right size for small Post-Its, a folding ruler, some postage stamps and some pretty paperclips. Although I have included them in the notebook, I haven't used the carboard pockets yet and if I want to make a criticism it is the the little bit of double sided tape closing the bottom of these packets doesn't stay tightly stuck. Truly, that is the only thing I can find wrong with the whole notebook. I am so glad I didn't spend out on one of the expensive 'named' versions.

Le carnet est GENIAL , exactement comme les photos et les commentaires, j'en suis super contente. Les inserts sont de qualité. Solides, le papier est assez épais mais pas trop et bien lisse, le crayonné est super dessus. Mais SVP donnez la référence des inserts pour racheter les même !! Ils sont introuvable actuellement... sinon sous d'autres marques mais moins qualitatives.En tout cas, je suis franchement très contente de mon achat le rapport qualité prix est excellent et ce carnet va me suivre partout.
