My wife is a big Naruto fan so I ordered this for her. I wasn't sure if this could actually be used as a drink carrier - or if it was more decorative. The answer is that it could be used for drinks - but it's not practical. Its a ceramic bottle so it's safe to drink from - but there are a couple of things preventing it being useful. 1) The spout is narrow so it would be hard to fill, drink and clean & 2) The lid just sits loosely on top - so it will fall off easily if carried around. Therefore this is really just a decorative item. Looks pretty cool and will mean something to Naruto fans.

Only issue is I can't mix my tea and honey in it I have to use a measuring cup to mix first. I would not recommend trying to use the cap to do this it doesn't work.

Before getting this, I saw other reviews say how this really isn't a mug you would want to drink out of. I'm sure you can, but the other reviews are correct. If buying, I would only recommend buying it with the sole purpose for displaying. Which is why I ordered it. If you really wanted to use it as a mug, I'm sure you could but it'd be really difficult. The hole is very tiny, so you'd almost need a funnel to pour any liquid in. Then the lid/cap doesn't fasten, or stay on securely. It mainly rest loosely on top. For a display piece, I think it's great.

I wouldn't drink from this. Not saying you couldn't, or shouldn't, but I wouldn't. I got it because it's a really nice 1:12 scale of Gaara's Gourd. It sits on my shelf as a collector / display piece.Big fan of the intricate art work. You can tell that they put love it in. That seems to be the trend with ABYStyle though. All their stuff so far has been sick.
